Receives postal submissions & email—prefer email submissions as attachments in Microsoft Works Word Processor or Rich Text Format. Copyright reverts to author. Submissions read year around. 

Publishing as semiannual e-zine. Check downloadable issues on website for style & tone. Use latest version of Adobe Reader.
